Broccolini Cheese Soup with Golden Velvet Cheese Sauce and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces | Bacon, chopped
  • 8 ounces | Onion, chopped
  • 16 ounces | Frozen broccoli pieces, thawed, chopped

Preparation

STEP 1

Cook bacon until crisp.  Add onions, sauté until tender.

STEP 2

Add Extra Melt Yellow Cheese Sauce and chicken stock or water, stir until well combined.  Mix in broccoli and cook until broccoli is softened slightly.

STEP 3

Heat to 165°F. Season with pepper, if desired.
