Combine all queso ingredients, cover, heat on full steam until sauce reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. Hold warm.
Par-bake pizza crust for 3 to 5 minutes in preheated conventional oven at 375°F.
Mix half of cheese shreds with queso.
Top each pizza crust with:
1/3 cup queso and cheese shred mixture, leaving 1/2-inch on edge
3/4 cup cooked eggs
1/2 cup hash browns
2 tablespoons bacon
1 tablespoon red pepper
2 tablespoons cheddar shreds
Bake pizza 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is browned and crispy.
Top cooked pizza with green onions. Slice each pizza into quarters and serve.
