Bacon Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces | Bacon pieces, cooked
  • 4 ounces | Coffee
  • 4 ounces | Honey
  • 8 ounces | Brown sugar
  • 8 ounces | Water
  • 4 ounces | Red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon | Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon | Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon | Garlic, chopped
  • 4 ounces | Maple syrup

Preparation

STEP 1

Place all items in stockpot and cook until sauce is reduced by 3/4 and mixture is thick.  Place in food processor and pulse.  Cool.
