Rice Pudding and Apple Crumble

A mouth-watering mix of brown sugar, apples and cinnamon.

Ingredients

Yield: 12 servings
Portion: 6 to 7 ounces

  • 8 ounces | Butter
  • 3 cups | Rolled oats
  • 2 cups | Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon | Cinnamon
  • 41 ounces | Apple pie filling
  • 2 (4-pound) trays | Kozy Shack® Rice Pudding, 2/4 LB.
  • Garnish | Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. To prepare crumble mixture, melt butter, stir in oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.  Spread out on baking sheet.  Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

  2. Divide apple pie filling equally between two 1/2 table pans or serving dishes.  Evenly spread Kozy Shack Rice Pudding over each pan of apple filling.  Sprinkle with oat crumble.  Serve with dollop of whipped cream.
