 INGREDIENTS
 6 ounce 
Chopped shallots 
 3 cup 
Dry white wine 
 1-1/2 quart 
 3 quart 
Coarse ground pepper 
 3/4 teaspoon 
Preparation:
1.  Heat Butter in large skillet until sizzling; add shallots. Sauté until softened. Add wine; simmer until reduced to 3 cups. Stir in Alfredo Sauce and pepper. Hold warm.
2.  SERVING SUGGESTION:Serve over grilled chicken breast or fish. Serve over steamed or grilled vegetables.
