Find the Right Performance Cheese for the Job.

The LAND O LAKES® Performance Cheese Wheel is an easy-to-use device designed to rank our Performance Cheeses according to specifics such as shredding capability, hold time and meltability – the attributes that can mean the difference between recipe success, and starting over.  It also ranks these products according to applicability for menu items such as queso, soup and topping.     

The Performance Cheese Wheel compares four LAND O LAKES® products:  Extra Melt® Process American Cheese, Golden Velvet® Process Cheese Spread, Cocina Classica™ American Style Cheese Product and Queso Bravo™ Cheese Dip.  Its unique design helps you to understand the strengths of these products, according to specific applications or attributes, and to choose the product that will provide the most versatility and value for your menu. 

One side of the Wheel features product applications; the other side features product attributes.  Choose either the application or attribute you want, and then turn the wheel over to view the corresponding product or products, ranked in order of best performance.
